Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss — that is, total losses minus total winnings for the week. Your tier's cashback percentage is then applied to that amount.
At the end of the week, your total betting losses and total winnings are calculated separately.
Subtracting total winnings from total losses gives your net loss. If winnings exceed losses, no cashback applies for that week.
Your VIP tier's cashback rate is applied to the net loss, and the amount is credited to your account.
