General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hbajee platform and all services provided under it. By accessing the hbajee website or mobile application, or by creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

In these Terms, "member", "user" or "you" refers to any person registered on the hbajee platform. "Platform" refers to hbajee's website, mobile application and all related digital services.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on hbajee is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). All deposits must be made through a method registered in your name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.3 Payment Method Verification

Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. hbajee reserves the right to verify unusual transactions.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds for a total balance of ৳2,000; the wagering requirement on this bonus is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

hbajee runs various promotional offers from time to time, such as weekly reload bonuses, slot bonuses and cricket offers. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period and eligibility rules.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be completed first.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• Registration must be complete and the account verified before claiming a bonus.
• hbajee reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it believes the bonus system is being abused.
• Each bonus will have a stated validity period; any unused bonus will be removed once it expires.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on the hbajee platform it cannot be changed. If a bet is affected by a technical error, hbajee reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the stake.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football and boxing. If an event is cancelled or abandoned after a bet has been accepted, the stake for that bet will be returned. If match manipulation or result tampering is suspected, the relevant bet will be held.

6.3 Casino Games

The hbajee casino section offers slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and many other games. Each game has its own rules, detailed within the game itself. If a technical error occurs in a game provider's software, hbajee may void that game round.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by various studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi, and are played in real time with real dealers. Once a bet is confirmed in a live game it cannot be changed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbajee platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently terminated:

• Creating artificial bets or accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Operating multiple accounts or placing bets with the help of a third party.
• Using fraudulent transactions or false payment information.
• Using automated bots or software to conduct gaming or betting activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

• Collecting or misusing other members' account information.

Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 hbajee's Rights

hbajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account for investigation, particularly if a member has violated these Terms.

8.2 Member's Right to Close Account

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

8.3 Account Restrictions During Investigation

During an investigation, deposit, withdrawal or betting activity on the account may be temporarily restricted. If no violation is found after the investigation is resolved, the account will be reactivated.
